A few minutes after sending a text message to a client explaining that the work wasn’t finished, I received a phone call from him asking if I was upset. Re-reading my message I realized why he received that impression:
Me: I just finished creating the video tutorials from the user side. I will do the damn video tutorials tonight.
I meant to say “admin video.”

Last night I kept dreaming of this image of our Stranahan’s neon sign logo flickering and floating in a little copse of aspen trees in the Colorado snow. So this morning I woke up early and put together a little test rendering of the idea. I’m still new to motion graphics and After Effects, but I think I ended up capturing the image just as I saw it in the night. (HD on Vimeo)
